Strive to provide excellent state-of -the art training and guidance to the willing and promising youngsters desiring to write the most difficult civil services competitive examinations so that the country gets the morally upright, honest and brilliant officers for the higher echelons of bureaucracy to serve the people selflessly.

Expand the scope of counseling, guidance and training continually to include other fields of competitive examinations for employment and develop the Institute into a National Centre of Excellence.
